1. Upgrade your subscription
You can upgrade your subscription any time to open access to more functionalities within your chat instance.
Here are some simple steps to do it:
- Go to Billing
- Click on Manage Subscription, you will be directed to the Lemon Squeezy subscription management page.
- Click on the three dots (…) icon within your subscription and click Update
- Choose a plan you want to upgrade
- Click Save
2. Cancel or Pause Subscription / Update Payment method
- Go to Billing
- Click More
- Click on the option “Update Payment Method”, “Pause subscription” or “Cancel subscription” based on you need
3. Purchase a new subscription
- In case your subscription has expired or inactive, please click on the button “Buy Subscription” to buy another subscription to re-activate your chat instance
- If you want to purchase a new subscription to create another chat instance, please do not click on “Buy Subscription” within your current chat instance. It will duplicate your current subscription. Instead, you need to:
- Go to https://www.typingmind.com/new-deployment to sign up for a new instance
- Set up Billing within that instance
